Eric Kanga
BIOGRAPHY
Erick is a holder of LL.B from Mzumbe University in 2014. He also holds Postgraduate Studies in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania.
Eric had has wide experience in Civil and Criminal litigation focusing his expertise in Labour Law, Land Law and Conveyancing, Intellectual Property law, Banking, Tax, Social Security, Mining and Investments
His experience working with Elite Attorneys and later Vertex Law Chambers where he still works to date has seen him successfully advising clients in resolving Commercial Disputes, complex labour issues like negotiations on collective bargaining and prevention of Industrial dispute. Furthermore, he has demonstrated his ability in criminal litigation cases at the subordinate Courts and the High Court of Tanzania, defending some of the country’s public figures.
He regularly advises on regulatory and compliance issues.
He brings on board practical experience of over 6 years of working as an advocate with deep understanding of land on project matters.
