Martin Rwehumbiza

Martin Rwehumbiza  is a registered Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Courts Subordinate thereto who has 18 years’ experience working as a Legal Officer and later on as an Advocate with different law firms such namely Octavian Company Advocates, BM Attorneys and he is now working with Vertex law Chambers.

His experience working with Kesaria & Co. Advocates has seen him successfully advising clients in resolving Labour disputes, handling complex labour issues like negotiations on collective bargaining and prevention of Industrial dispute. He has had a great exposure working with financial institutions in initiating recovery proceedings and prosecution at different Courts and Tribunals in Tanzania.

This experience is gathered from knowledge base acquired from his LL.B Studies from University of Dar es salaam and various trainings within and outside the country.

He brings on board practical experience of over 5 years of working as an advocate with deep understanding of land on project matters.
